Good Price on Polar M71ti Heart Rate Monitor

Amazon/ToysRus has a good price on the Polar M71ti Heart Rate Monitor. It is listed for ages 7-12, but as near as I can tell this is the regular Polar M71ti Heart Rate Monitor sold on other sites for about $150-$200. The lowest price I could find on Froogle was $153.00. If anyone knows if this is just a child's watch let me know.
