good price for 9800np oem bba?

What would be a good ceiling price for a BBA Radeon 9800 NP. Never used pulled out of a dell. It has samsung memory (2.8/3.3?). Shipping will tack on an extra 30 insured. If you think that 2.8/3.3 makes a big difference I may be able to contact seller. Thanks for your help.

$30 shipping it a LOT more than it should be so factor that into the price. Offer something like $190-225 for the card, plus shipping.

I saw this on ebay. If you pay 30 bucks for shipping, you'll be encouraging a thief to go on stealing from fools. Don't do it.

Everybody on ebay does that. They always say that the card is "heavy" and such, but it only costs about $4.50 to ship one really. I'd probably offer about $220 max, which comes up to $250 with shipping.

You can get a brand new retail package for $250, so don't offer him more that $190.
