Good Prank Ideas?

Here's the deal. My schools forensics team (that's speech and debate) is going to a tournament tommorow. They will be staying at a hotel with like 2 or 3 people per room. Thers this one kid that everyone hates and for good reason. So we're trying to come up with a good prank idea at the last minute. The moderate is a pretty laid back guy so we won't get in trouble for anything short of kidnapping the hated guy and dumping him in a sewer. We were originally gonna steal all of his clothes and force him to wear a cheerleader/princess costume all day but that idea fell through. So now, I turn to ATOT and all the mischevious souls out there. HELP!
 
just do the usual. Shave a stripe down the center of his head, hide all his socks, replace his shoes with ones that are 1 size smaller, icy hot in his underwear and of course the gerbil thing
 
pranks are bad, m'kay?

if you bully this kid, he'll turn into a serial killer or stalker and chop off your head

1. Get a blow up doll the same gender as the prankee and slip it in the bed with them. Then take pictures. Then Profit.
2. Will try to think of more.

Does this person know you are trying to do this or not?

Well, he won't be passed out so I'm pretty sure he'd wake up when we were shaving his head, socks is a good idea. He wears really expensive shoes ( He's a rich bastard who likes to flaunt it ) and no one wants to buy them, icyhot is pretty funny.but played and no one has a gerbil.

Keep in mind that it has to be ready by 9 tommorow morning

probably a whole gerbil farm, they just don't want you to know about their gerbils. they want to keep them all to themselves. gerbil people tend to be very very selfish
 
Instead of shaving his head, you could just take a sciz0rs to his hair in the middle of the night, give him a nice hack-job for the competition...

if you don't want to go that far, then just put Toothpaste or Crisco in his hair

 
Well #1 the kid runs his mouth all the time, but he would never do anything about it. #2 we can't actually do anything during the day of competition because our coach will get pissed, but the kid sucks and won't make it past the first day so the second and third days hes fair game for just about whatever. Right now were thinking about putting die in the showerhead so he comes out blue.
 
last time i played a prank on a kid from school, i got suspended. make sure he can take it. i suggest saran wrap tightly over the toilet
