Good PoE (802.3at Type 2) switch?

Im looking for a PoE (802.3at Type 2) switch that at least has 8 ports (I need min 4 ports but some for expansion purposes) and obvious at 1000 speeds.

It will be used for PoE IP cameras.

Personally, for 1000 speed switches Ive always turned to Netgear but Im not sure for PoE.

I imagine all PoE switches support VLANs but just in case, its something I would also like to use with this switch (all my other non-PoE switches support it).

Price is budget so as low as possible.
