Good places to buy cheap paintings w/ frame?

Just moved in a month ago. All walls are empty right now. I want to hang some paintings. So which places have good price and selection?
 
I've found some deals at Office Depot before....as well as those home stores in the malls. I think Kirkland is one of them, but there are others. Linens&Things has stuff like that too. Averages for small-medium sized Wall art + Frame =$20-$40
