Good places online to purchase wedding invitations?

I'm looking to get some wedding invitations ordered really soon, and was wondering if you guys had any recommendations on sites that offer great service and prices.

TIA

Just got done buying some for my July 8th wedding. Go to eBay as they seem the cheapest. You can also check out Target, office depot, max, Staples, etc...

Just did engagement invitations. I bought the blank invites from Staples and printed them myself. I don't know yet where I'm going to get wedding invites from, although those probably will be a bit fancier.

I saved some of them in my favorites. I still have to order some soon...so let me know what you decide on.

Wilton.com (link2) has a lot of really cool wedding stuff. They're really good if you plan on having someone you know bake your cake. It's a great supply shop, as well as a great place for ready-made decorations and recipes.

I wouldn't mind, but my otherwise inexpensive SO is wanting big and grand for the wedding. She says she's only doing this once, so she's doing it right. How can I argue with that? 😉 I'm in the need of pretty paper, shiny silver leaf, and purple text.

Make your own. I just did this and it cost us about $70 for 200 invitations that are actually 4 sheets tied together and we have enough paper left over to print 300 more . That is not including postage which of course went up one week before we mailed them.

eBay. My wife found a deal on eBay for our wedding (this was almost 5 years ago). They were way cheaper than anywhere else short of making your own.

I just finished printing my own. Saved a couple of hundred bucks, but i do have a laser printer so ink isnt a problem.

uprint is the brand i used. You can find them about anywhere and they look good.

A word of advice about them. Their online templates are not very good so be prepared to make many modifications to get the positioning right.

Plus, in the kits, the response cards are microperforated. Use a paper trimmer (razorblade that slides on a ruler) to cut them out. Much better results, just be careful.
