Good places for a roadtrip?

Me and two friends are thinking of taking a road trip this summer. What we want to know is some good places for a trip, we live in Indiana. The other two people don't really like amusement parks, no clue why so that's not an option.

Any ideas where to go?

Upstate NY if you enjoy the mountains, white water rafting, fishing, hiking, and hanging out at the lake.

New Orleans Baby. That is where we went on one of our Road Trips in College.. Just so happens when we got there it was Mardi Gras!

16 and your parents are letting you go on a road trip? Wow.. Tell me where you end up going, so I make sure to stay off the roads there..

They haven't said yes, but I figure if I don't do anything stupid up to that point and I pull off decent grades for the semester they won't have a reason to say no. Of course, that doesn't mean I'll get to skip the hour long talk before I go on the trip
