Good place to get large CRT (21'' or larger)

Can anyone recommend a good place to get a large CRT??? I want to upgrade my 19'' but I don't feel like breaking the bank with a $1000 monitor. Anyone have any experiences with uBid for monitors? They have some cheap auctions on refurb CRT's, but hey, they are like 1/3 of what I paid for mine a few years ago.
