Second deviantart - the amount of content just puts every other site to shame. Another vote would have gone to deskmod.com, but it seems to be functioning in a crippled state at the moment.

Browse deviantart wallpapers with the view set by number of favourites... you'll find pages and pages of incredible stuff.

digitalblasphemy.com has some good stuff for free....some of the users submissions can take you to decent sites too

but deviant has tons of stuff, you gotta check it out
