Good place to find a template for resume?

yup write your own, but make sure its easy to read i.e. that they can glance at it and get alot of inforamtion about you. Rememebr this is only to get you an interview not the job.

Agh, one more question. Im looking at a lot of these resumes, and realizing I don't have a lot of this type of information.

What type of info would a 19 year old with limited job experience, and no degrees (yet) put on a resume? Seems like I would barely have enough info to fill up a piece of paper.

Be creative and list any "skills" you have that are relevant to the job you are applying for. For ex., if you're applying to a retail job, add any volunteer work you've done in the past, this shows that you have "people skills."

We can help you further if you tell us what type of job you're tailoring your resume for Cuda1447 🙂

Aight, well the job is this...

The way I understand it atleast, is there is a company by the name of Casper. This company owns some 50 odd McDonalds around the city of Tampa. This girl I met ( I work with) her husband works for this company and he needs a new assistant. Ive talked with him a bit and I told him I would put together a resume he could give to his boss. The position would be as his assistant, basically maintaining the computer systems throughout all the McDonalds. If something goes wrong, and they can't fix the problem I would go out there and fix it, or replace parts. Whatever. I don't know all the details yet, want to get the interview first so I can get a better idea of what it would be.

The problem is since I only know a little about the job, I don't know exactlly what skills I have that would be valuable. I took some classes in highschool on computer hardware, never got A + certified or anything though. I got stupid certs that I didn't keep, they were basically given to me by my school. Im currently working sales at Circuit City, but that experience doesn't really pertain to this job. Im enrolled in an AA degree in college right now, and plan to continue to get my bachelors. But with only that little information I can't really put together a full resume can I?

i dont think you can break the market like that. your going to need to be certified in SOMETHING for anybody to even consider you running their computer systems for you... sorry man

id ask for a regular position at McDs with training for the position you want on the side and maybe some day you can get it, best of luck

Its not really that good of a job man. They would give me training and all, Ive talked to the guy and he seems to think I'd be able to handle it. Besides, they are desperate for that.
