How large of a volume of liquid are you looking to get? Like the size of a lawn mower gas tank?

Probably your local grocery store...something like Costco. I work at a place called Winco, its a wholesale food store open to the public, sort of like costco but there is no membership fee. Things are also in smaller quantities but available in large volume also.

Define wholesale ...

do you mean pallets ? or do you mean just few cases ? When it comes to soda, cases are not wholesale. Drinks come on a pallet in wholesale and each pallet has few hundred cases.

winco is hands down the best damn grocery store in the world. I miss it, after moving away from Boise :(
