Good PDA Phone

I am looking at getting a good PDA style phone from ebay so I don't have to buy it for retail from my carrier.(cingular)

Some things I am looking for:
bluetooth
Email
Messaging(Text, etc.)
Web Browsing
Address book, calender, to do list, memo
relativley small, I don't want to hold a brick to my ear. 🙂

So anybody have any recommendations for a phone?

I think the 3125 is the coolest smartphone you can get right now. RAZR sized with 75% of the functionality of a full-sized smartphone. I'm going to get one soon and unlock it for TMO for use on the weekend.

get a treo, by far the most "phone like" of all the smart phones and the most stable from my experience.
