good pci vid card w/ TV-out???

my bro is looking for a PCI video card that supports TV-out...i guess he's in it for the output quality rather than for games and he has no AGP slot. he saw a g4mx420 for 70, but i think the radeon9000 is a better deal, but its scarce and expensive. any suggestions?

There are PCI Radeon 7500LE, and brandnew out is a 7500 All-In-Wonder from ATi themselves.

he doesnt wanna that much...maybe under $70/80... he just wants good TV-out quality and i guess good 2D quality since he doesnt really play games.

go to the video cards links, and search for "pci tv out" and look around

i dunno anything about radeon 7000's tho, so i dunno which is better between that and a gf2mx, prices are similar tho
