Good PCI USB card?

Can anyone recommend a PCI USB card that is of good quality (from personal experience). There are a ton, and I can't really tell any difference between them. I want to avoid the KT266 USB issue, BTW.

I picked up an Inland card that is currently working fine with a hub, printer, scanner, and modem. I am running the FSB at 155.

I purchased the card from Compugeeks for $12.50, but they appear to have sold out of them.

Consensus is to get a card based on the Lucent (preferred) or Opti USB chipset. VIA makes a standalone USB controller; you'd want to avoid a card with that chip.
