Hello!

My current setup:

MSI GTX 970 - changed
i7-4790 CPU@3.60 GHz - changed
8GB Ram HyperX 1886 - changed
Antec NeoECO 620W - changed
Mobo MSI Z97 Gaming 3 - changed
SSD 120GB
some 1TB HDD

Monitor #1: BenQ XL2411 - changed
Monitor #2: Iiyama E2410HDS

What's my problem?

First of all I try to stream for fun. Not a big thing, not really many viewers (max 80). I noticed that my PC doesn't work like others PC if it's about stream or anything. Many streamers have their setup in the description and when I see people with much worse PC streaming without any problems I'm crying. I can't stream in Windowed mode even (too low FPS), not even saying about monitor capture (even tho, others with worse PC can). I checked every detail in my PC and switched several things. What I noticed? Whenever I have anything popped on my second monitor my PC acts weird. For example I can't run a Game and same time watch youtube/movie/stream because It laggs as hell. Whenever I have anything opened on 2nd screen it lowers my PC. What i noticed? These drops can't be seen on 'logs'. I was checking CPU/GPU/RAM and due usage, temperature is exactly the same when I have things opened on 2nd monitor. There's no difference between empty screen and full screen. But in game my FPS drops to 30 from 300 (CS:GO) for example. Weird, ha? I had this problem since forever and I thought that's nothing uncommon untill I noticed that all my friends with double monitors can watch full HD streams/movies and at the same time play a game without ANY drops. Not even mentioning that these friends have much worse PC than me. I checked everything, reinstall never works, I changed HDMI cable as well and I have no idea what's going on. It might be reason why it has issues with streaming also. Any ideas?
