I'm looking to get a baseball game on my pc - I've enjoyed world series baseball on xbox/gamecube. Anyone know what some of the best are for pc?

There is nothing better then World Series Baseball 2K3 for Xbox for baseball games. High Heat 2004 sucks.

Both HH2004 and EA MVP BB 2003 are less than ideal products.

HH2004 is a better sim, but MVP BB is a much more playable game. MVP BB isn't very realistic in a lot of ways though.

I believe HH is no longer a viable PC game (it's just a console port now); MVP Baseball may eventually become a strong game overall.

sounds like high heat or mvp might be worth a shot.

i agree - world series baseball rocks (just wish they didn't put giambi on the front...)

I second that. Can't wait till 2004 version comes which is *supposed* to support online play. Worth getting x-box just for that game.

I like MVP Baseball 2003 better than WS2k3 and I'm a big sega fan myself.

I played EA Sports (TriplePlay 2K1, 2K, and 1999) and they didn't make much changes from 1999...2k1, it was the same game w/ some minor fixes to graphics, and the same bugs (which I don't recall anymore) so, I stopped buying/playing them after that. Anyway, I am still boycotting EASports games because the way they (used to?) work is, if there's a bug they fix it, slap a new title on the game, maybe update the graphics slightly/rosters slightly, and charge you $39.95 for the pleasure of being their beta tester.

Baseball Stars for Nintendo. Just dl the rom after you buy the cartridge and your all set. You can pick a team full of women. It doesn't get any more pc than that!

OMG! I use to be into that game hardcore back in the day. I can't count the number of times I used both controllers to "fake" playing the Lovely Ladies. Get them to bean me til it was 10-0, take the cash and upgrade players. Awesome game...
