Just starting to go Vista. I have a highly intelligent 13 year old. We have a new computer and I was going to give her a limited user account on her computer. She will be the only person on the computer until I have to add something as administrator.
I would like to allow for only certain chat IMs and record usage and to limit time on the internet. I'd like some flexibility in applying time limits.
Vista is supposed to have good tools for it, but before I try this out with her, I'd like to know what peoples experiences have been.
