I dont like the apple earphones because they go inside your ear, I rather by a headset type head phones rather then the type apple has. It hurts hurs my ear.

I want to make sure nobody can hear the music while its playing, Ill be using this on a plane and I really dont wish to recieve any complaints.

Nothing to big, doesn't need to be super stylish but just not gigantic.

Im not familar with these sorts of things so any recommondations will be appreciated.

I will be buying them at Fry's electrionic store, so make sure they arn't to rare or anything.

thanks a bunch,

michael

I have the Sony MDR-150. They're kinda big, but the sound quality is beautiful. The only complaints I have is that the cable is kinda long (they're supposed to be studio headphones supposedly) and that after wearing them for a while, they can start to hurt your head (or maybe I just have a big head)

I picked up the Sennhesier MX400 headphones to replace the crappy ones that came with my Dell MP3 player. The difference was like night and day.

I got mine at CC for about $20-$25. The MX500/550's are available now, but I don't know the differences.

Generally, yes. Obviously, there are more expensive ones you can buy with more features, but for $20-$30, it's hard to go wrong with a pair of Sennheiser phones.

Koss KSC-75. Only phone under ~$70 that receives praise at head-fi. Bonus - they're not earbuds.

I was gonna suggest the same, because I love my KSC-75s, but dude, they are open. People could hear what he is playing.
