Good P4 Overclocking board??

Im looking for a mother board that overclocks and supports DDR2, SLI, and has to work for my pr 3.0ghz 1mb Cache 800FSB

Any help will be appreciated

I've had good luck with Asus, so maybe the P5ND2-SLI, or also Abit, like the NI8-SLI
