good P4 i845 board

can i get any recommendations on a good i845 board from personal expirience? im thinking about the gigabyte p4 titan series. anyone have any say on these boards?

ASUS P4B266 is my preference.

A big draw card for this board is circuitry and LED that prevents you from frying your board if you don't have a fully AGP4X 1.5 volt compliant video card.

Speaking of which (video cards), how far back do you have to go to have, say a Geforce card which is not 1.5V compatable?
