GOOD P4 COOLING SOLUTIONS???

Got a 1.5 socket 478 running with a systemp of 32 and CPU at 38C under IDLE conditions, full load takes it to 35 system and 46 CPU, this is with a slightly marred RETAIL HSF, I was thinking of buying 2000 grit sand paper and lapping it then reapplying ASII but should I just get a new HSF???

You are running just fine, lap it if you want but your temps are quite acceptable IMO. You could get something like a Gacialtech Igloo 4300, but that only lowered my load temps to 41-42c.
