Good P&S Cameras?

I've currently got a 20D and I'm looking to buy a nice small P&S camera either in addition to it or to replace it (as I don't use it nearly enough to justify keeping it).

So pretty much the only restrictions are size (I'm not looking for a prosumer camera - needs to fit in a pocket) and price - max of $350.

I've been looking at the F31FD from Fuji and it seems pretty good. What other ones are out there?

Almost anything by Canon.

If you want good pic quality and IS, then the Canon Powershot A710....assuming you've got a flash card for it...you should be able to find it for right around 325-350 depending on where you look.....
