I wanted to get it evaluated since I left everything on default, the v-core, multiplier, memory timing, etc. All I did was change the FSB. Wanted to know if it's safe to do so. I have good cooling, "OC choice Cooler Master" loud, but keeps it 31C on default settings.

the lower the Vcore, the safer it is. basically, you wanna push the chip as much as possible before bumping the vcore up
