good overclocking ram

hi guys i read these forums alot, but this is my first post.
my interest is in overclockable ram for my new system i am goign to purchase.
i am seeing varying information as to what is good overclocking ram people like hyperx,ocz, corsair etc.. etc...

i have just got enough $$ together to purchase an uber system i am looking to overclock it and so far i have thrown this together

Processor wise i read that the fx-53 was best for overclocking but had been replaced with this AMD (Clawhammer) Athlon 64bit 4000+ 2.4GHz 939pin 1MB Cache

Maxtor Diamondmax Plus 9 160GB Serial ATA150 7200rpm 8mb Cache

Cooling
Koolance Exos-2

PSU
Enermax Noisetaker 600W EG701AX-VE

RAM
HELP ME ANANDTECH U ARE MY ONLY HOPE!!!

Back in reality, some PC3200 VX or PC4000 VX will be great paired with that motherboard.

will i be lookign at better overclockability with those sticks than say the OCZ EL DDR PC-4000 Dual Channel Gold VX ?
