No offense, but your post is horribly vague.

What kind of RAM; & how much? 2x512 MB?

How low do you mean? How much ram do you want? DDR? DDR2?

$200CDN is a tight budget for OC ram, especially for 1gb kits.

You can get OCZ Gold PC3200 (DDR) for around $180 cdn (I'm Canadian too) and you'll get some BH5 ram which overclocks nicely with tight timings, but, the volts will be beyond JEDEC spec (2.5-2.7v)

See here: http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?minorcatid=105&subminorcatid=8 NCIX offers some PC4000 close to $200, but still over (don't forget shipping and taxes) for 1GB kits.

What CPU are you using? If it's an A64, use dividers and forget about OC ram. See this thread.

$200 CDN will not get you much.

Personaly I would get crucial value ram, it has a long track (more than 6+ years) record of being highly overclockable beyond their specifications.

Second I would recomend Corsair value ram, since it comes off the same assembly line as the more expensive XMS stuff and uses the same SDRAM chips and PCB's as the XMS.

Go with Crucial/Corsair/OCZ value RAM. They make very good quality value RAM, and you'll save money.
