Good overclocking processor??

I have a P3 and I am looking at a Duron or a T-bird, but I am not sure which will offer the best overclocking, and price. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also looking for a good HSF for this CPU.... I will use either an AbitKT7A-Raid or a MSI K7TPro2a.

Get the t-bird 750 make sure its form Dresden every one I have gotten from dresden did atleast a gig and lots of them will do 1100mhz. I have built over 20 systems with them on Abit kt7 boards with good ram and Alpha 6035 coolers with the YS tech fans on them. Every one of them did a gig no prob. BTW I set the volts to the max on all of them and they are rock solid. and they are real cheap.
