I'm looking into getting a p4 setup for my computer. What would be a really nice mobo to get? I would like it to have onboard ethernet. Thanks

Umm.. How do you know? You can't decide which board to get or any other part for that matter. Now your giving advice on boards and memory.

Abit IS7 or IC7-G. Both are great overclockers and the IS7 is cheap and has 10/100 .
