Good OverClock on a 2.4C?

I just got the time to overclock the 2.4C I bought off ebay. Its on a Abit IS7-E.
I currently have it at 250mhz fsb (3.0Ghz) @ default voltage. The memory is dual channel 333mhz @ 2/3/3/6 1cmd. I am getting about 4830mb/s on sandra memory benchmark. The game accelerator mode is set to turbo, is this PAT? I would like my ram to go a few 20 or 40mhz higher, because I know it can, but I want to keep it safe.
 
It sounds like a 3:2 mem div but we would need more detailed info on your memory to help - make, model, specs, etc. Processot stepping would be helpful as well and voltages and cooling solution.
