is memory supposed to run at the rated frequency once it is put in
my memory is apatop 1866 at 9 - 11 - 9 - 27
when it was put in it was at 1333 at 11 - 11 - 11 - 28
i get artifacts in firefox but not much else. they are checkboard squares usually in the upper right hand corner but sometimes across the screen. if i bring any tab out of the window it does not come with it but stays in the original window.
my computer also shut down by itself today while i was sleeping.
