Good online chess sites?

Personally I am really enjoying gameknot.com. It was sort of an impulse to join that one but I am curious about what sites other people belong to. Gameknot has lots of nice stats and some sort of ranking system. Also, I am looking at sites that are human vs. human and with stats/ranking.

I started playing Internet chess on the Internet Gaming Zone long before Microsoft bought it. Fun times. I occassionally play Yahoo chess, but when your oponent is just putting your moves into Chessmaster to figure out what to do next, you might as well just play Chessmaster. 🙂

I used to play competitive chess - most advanced or professional chess players use ICC (Internet Chess Club).

Ahh, thanks! I like the fact that the client is in Java so it will work fine in FreeBSD (they even have an X client made for FreeBSD)! Looks like a fantastic resource too. I think I'll stick with gameknot until I feel ready for the ICC.
