Good offline log analyzer?

I only have webalizer on the server I use and it doesn't do it for me. I liked awstats but it's not available on this server. Is there a good program like awstats that will analyze my downloaded log files?

if anybody has any good ideas that are free that run in windows and don't need command line input or perl please advise me.

or, if there is a php one that will run apache log files and can output in html i would greatly appreciate it. the server has apache 2,x, php 4.x and mysql 4.x but i don't have perl on it. all of the php ones i have found require that you add php into the site and i don't want to add it to all pages.
