id recommend some crucial, i think you can get a 1gb kit of pc3200 for about a hundred. take it from me, crucial overclocks really well. i had a buddy who had 1gb of their cheapest stuff, and he was able to get his 3.2gh prescott to 4.0ghz without any ram error.

also, like ricemarine said, how far are you ocing? this ram will work to a certain extent, but after that, its better to get ram certified for higher speeds.
