Here is my rig:
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Processor (Venice) @ 2.7 GHz, stock air; 1.55V
DFI LANPARTY nF4 SLI-DR

Nothing beats a DFI in my opinion. (Others can and will disagree. They are welcome to.)

There are DFI nF3 939 mobo with AGP now, but they are not near the board the nF4's are and reportedly plagued with problems. The winner for 939 AGP boards seems to be the MSI K8N Neo2 or Epox 9NDA3+.

You could use the ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 motherboard. It has AGP and PCI-e slots so you can use your current card now, and when it comes time to upgrade you dont have to get a new board. Preformance and overclocking is similar to other boards out there today. Its pretty cheap too :p MSI and Epox also make decent NF3 boards.

But the Asrock BIOS is SOOOOO limited, I would wait for the Abit version to come out soon or if you can't wait, get one of the afore mentioned boards.

If you are worried about the AsRock (i would be, since it won't allow a great OC), the Neo2 is the best choice by far.

It is widely regarded to to be the best s939 AGP mobo for OCing.

Go to XtremeSystems.org & read the massive thread on the Neo2 Platinum if you don't believe me.
