Good non-spywared audio extraction program? (GOT IT)

Yup, EAC is the best for ripping. I usually rip into .wav and then encode the files with LAME.

I always used cdex for ripping and encoding.

Rip to wav with EAC, then encode to mp3 with LAME --or maybe encode to mp4 with NERO.

I've Always Used CD 'n Go. I don't think it has any spyware . Anyways it contains several codecs some of which will rip straight to MP3 from the CD.
