As some of you know, I used to be an Air Force JAG attorney. Today, the Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals issued a decision on a case I prosecuted years ago, involving a man who was almost certainly the worst sex offender in Air Force history (he received life in prison, a first for the AF). We had been waiting for the decision for more than 3 1/2 years. A good friend of mine was his one of his defense attorneys - she was 8 1/2 months pregnant at the time of the trial.

Whatever the most painful torture that you can endure that will not kill you, that is what this guy deserves every day for the rest of his pathetic existance.
 
Not to take blame away in any way, but how did the mother not see this going on for 6 years? She said it happened every day except Sundays and nothing was noticed as being odd?

Edit: After reading that document, I would easily be able to place him in a category of sex offenders that qualify for the death penalty.
 
Good news??!?? Only if military prisons deal with bastards like this the way they treat them in state pens. The guy needs to be beat severely every day for the rest of his life.

Man, I just read that, and seriously that messed me up. Like, really. It's so messed up it really doesn't seem like it can be real. Ya know? But really man, if anyone out there prays, I highly suggest praying for the little girls and the brother. I just hope they have a peace that surpasses understanding. Ya know? Like, I pray they can sleep at night without trauma, and have physical contact with another person without freezing up or flinching away. So much bondage is there right now, it's awful. 🙁
 
AGGGHH. Goddamn, I feeel so badly for the kids. sigh. 🙁. They will be mentally scarred, but one can only hope they'll be ok. sigh
