When fear based racist fanaticism stoking to win elections by hammering immigrants collides with business focus on profits something has to give. Time to inform the rabble they need to back off because they are too stupid to understand the roll they play in the real class war taking place.

All those morons wouldn't be where they are, right?, if they had a work ethic and had made something of themselves. My my, the anger that come with the realization you are actually worthless even to Daddy.

Turns out Tesla is one of the biggest employers of H1B.

My first job out of college was for an Indian owned company. They were an IT recruiting firm. They fucking loved the H1B's cause that's where they could make the most money.

H1B is structured in a way that it definitely lowers the value of US tech job salaries.

Sadly for me, I have my doubts about him and would prefer someone like Socrates, someone whose time still seems to be thousands of years in the future.

Politics is the art of the possible and that doesn't seem like much given the lack of consciousness in today's voters. Seems like the brain dead of the world may not awaken even in the midst of a mass extinction event. So much pain that numbness is required to get through the day. Hearts with wings has forgotten how to fly.

I love that we can steal top talent from abroad, I think it's a huge advantage for America. But I think the H1B visa program has a ton of flaws that benefit businesses at the expense of everyone else. I really wish it was just some sort of temporary green card that had requirements and strings attached to the individual only, then in 5 or so years you could apply for a real green card. No ongoing sponsorship required.

I worked for a tiny little company with 3 engineers, one of whom was on an H1B, it was insane to me how the company abused the system and him.

I had along conversation last night who came to the US on H-1B who said it’s a deeply corrupted system designed to provide cheap labor for the tech industries and that the US has plenty on talent to do those jobs but those industries don’t want to pay then.

We have created a system in which the people who win are those who are Can best suppress what makes people human. To empty one’s self of ethical conduct becomes the new virtue.

Welcome to 2016, where even the shittiest person can become president, ironically by those who claim to be the moral majority.

The worse a child has been made to feel, the more programmed and ridged and moralistic the demands on that child, the greater the imperative will be to think of him or herself as a moral being and the less inclined that child will be to face the discrepancies that exist between the morality he or she was raised to believe compared to the teachings of truly moral beings. There can be no moral despair or self doubt were there not a real truth somewhere either imagined in the form of some code given from the divine or that instilled in our genes via evolution. To me, whether real morality is of divine origin or an evolutionary product is of no importance because one can't be determined from the other. Was the universe created by divine plan or was the notion of divinity invented in our heads and arise as a product of evolution, in either case the product is the same. Morality is the product of human consciousness that occurred in this universe. Life is and life loves life. Love is being aware.

All this we lost out of experiencing the pain of shame and never wanting to feel that again, thus freezing us in that state.

Agree. Shame is a weapon used by the wicked to control the meek and humble good people. And what better being to use it on than a pure innocent child and shape him/her into a monster to do their bidding.

The thing I would stress is that being a monster is just a matter of suffering from a conditioned belief that is fixed only by fear of knowing that is ones condition. We live in fear of being real monsters only because that is our actual belief, but a belief that is a lie. To know you feel like a monster means feeling that one is. To feel it is to relive how you were conditioned in the first place. To remember is as an adult with critical faculties developed is to see that what you bought into was a lie. To feel is to undo the conditioning. What feels down is actually up. We are trapped by this catch 22.
