Any experiences on these types of software? We need to monitor our internal usage as well as internet. Some people at my office seem to be downloading Napster all the time and this really hogs our line (only 256 for the moment). Are there any freeware programs or demos that would do this task? I'm not after the $10,000 applications, just something simple that does it momentarily.
