Anyone have good music streams to listen to?

I listen to shoutcast's club 977 80s a lot but want some more 80s, rock, metal, alternative streams.

I tried listening to the top streams but they always play that annoying milkshake song or outkast's "hey ya" and other songs twice every hour 🙁
 
I just go to www.yahoo.com and click the RADIO link in their stuff at the top. Can pick the genre and such and most of it is free. I listen to it all day at work since we don't have a radio.
