Good mpg vehicles

They do not meet America's particulate emissions standard,soon the TDI will no longer be sold here as well.
 
you can buy a diesel passenger car at volkswagen dealers
i test drove a jetta and passat diesel last august , i liked them both
hopefully i'll buy one in december or maybe july if i get lucky

Better buy them this year - they will not be sold in the 2007 Model Year (the models arrive here this fall).

The company I work for would rather you not buy high mpg cars (I will give you a hint, it starts with hall).

Why not?

new emissions standard go into effect - the current diesels cannot conform without uria filters, which the government has yet to approve for use.

It has a highly-tuned bored-out version of the 2.0 TDCi - a 2.2-litre turbo producing 155bhp and 265lbs of torque. It does 0-60mph in 8.7 seconds. It can also reach 137mph and return 58 mpg, with both saloon and estate versions. (Sorry, Not available in the USA.)
all those numbers are better than the camry hybrid.

haha first thing to come to my mind as well... can't think of any oil companies that start with hall...
