Good Mouse pad

I just ordered a complete system for my GF off of Newegg, I am looking for a very accurate and a very pretty mouse pad for her that is under $20, any suggestions?

I would love to try out an icemat, but for $35 I think my belkin pad with the gel rest for my wrist was a pretty good $10 pickup. As for pretty, ehh, a basic Finding Nemo print would be alright I guess.

i'm on the XTRAC ripper xl

on newegg search for xtract

i enjoy it, its like silk 🙂

I just got the Xtrac Pro HS, and it's pretty cool. I'm using it with a MS Intellimouse Optical with self made "slick tapes" as feet. It's smooth as silk and presents no resistance. SVC sells them for like half your budget.

They do, at least to a certain extent. While optical mice don't necessary needs a mousepad to track(unless your table is made of glass), friction makes a difference here, especially if your mouse has plastic feet like the MS Intellimice. A smooth surface makes mousing so much less frustrating. Of course, mouse feet help a lot too. They both have to be smooth.
