What are some decent mouse for both games (rpg, rts, fps) and general use but are not wireless. For instance gogamer has razer mouse for 24 on their special. Is that a decent mouse (for a guy i have smallish hands but not tiny).

MX510? Not too expensive, 800dpi, lots of buttons. Or if you want something a bit faster try the MX518.

Any other suggestions? I'm esp asking for advice on the razer mouse that gogamer has for 50% off (1/2 the price of the mx518).

the g5 is great, i have 3. but the habu is newer, and i loved the original explorer 3.0 mouse design. it was my gaming mouse of choice... 5 years ago. it's back, better, sleeker, and competitive.

.... really?

I like my MX510 - It's served me well, i only imagine the mx518 is better since it's the same but updated pretty much.

I want a Logi Revolution :D

there is a new ime 3.0 that is coming out, that's going to be my next mouse. i have a razer now, but try as i might i just can't get used to the shape. it is a really nice mouse tho.

i got to play with a revolution mx. it's neat, but not for what it costs.

What is an "ime 3.0" ? Oh well the razer was only $25 so I'll give it a shot. If I don't like it I'll use it on my unix box.

Naw. I have those at works. To be honest If I went that route I would go with the basic laser logitec mouse (which is what I current use - I think it was $6 at micro center). It's not bad but now and then it seems to track too fast - but the shape is slightly better (for me).
