Good motherboard/GPU to run with Dell 1905?

I was going to use an MSI Xpress motherboard that has onboard video, but it only has a VGA output. What would be a good combo for this monitor? My father is using this as a business computer.

Also, Venice 3000 is the CPU.

God, please shut up. The computer is being used for business. A good video card simply is not needed.

OP, just buy the absolute cheapest PCI-E card you can find that has DVI. This should either be a 6200TC or X300. Try to get one with passive cooling. You shouldn't need to spend more than $50.

You could even get a PCI video card like a GF4 MX4000.
