Good mofo for single unit rack computer? More info inside

I'm looking for a mobo with integrated graphics (preferably with it's own memory circuit not sharing system memory if possible) and integrated scsi controller that can take standard non-ecc memory for either AMD or Intel. This will be housed in single rack unit cases. It can be dual or single processor socket. Will be used for renderfarms and servers. It MUST all fit in 1 unit racks since I will be building 20 of these for a 20 unit rack. It also needs a gigabit controller.

also does dual xeon boards allow you to run with just 1 xeon chipper? I've never tried this before.....
