Good MOBO / RAID combo for low-end server

I need to make an inexpensive server that'll give me IDE aid (redundancy). This will be for databasing a 4D server. I don't want SCSI, too expensive. I was considering getting a TUSL2-C with a promise ATA-100 RAID card to control the RAID. Does anyone know of a reliable MOBO with Built-In RAID? I DONT want VIA!
