good mobo for a slightly oc'd xp 1900+ ?

I'm gonna be putting together a system shortly, and think a slightly oc'd XP 1900+ would be a cost efficient investment. I'm not sure as to a mobo, though. I'll be getting an audigy s.card and a geforce4 440 v.card.

Any suggestions?
