Thats the best looking one I can find, but I am not really experienced with motherboards, so if anyone knows of any better that can support a 939 socket AMD chip and an AGP graphics card then I would greatly appreciate it. Price is also a concern, but if the motherboard is below $120 (preferably $110) then it will be fine.

Thanks in advance!

I've been running the MSI K8N NEO2 Platinum motherboard overclocked for 9 months now. It's perfectly stable and I've had no issues with it. So, I guess I'd recommend this one :).

Wait for the ULi boards to come out that have AGP and SLI PCI-e capabilities. Best of both worlds.

I missed that part when I made the previous post. Yes, the MSI K8N NEO2 is a great motherboard. The EPOX board you selected is just as good. A lot of forum members have gotten very nice overclocks with it. It's also packed with features and is about $20 less expensive than the MSI board. I'd have no problem using this board as an alternative to the K8N NEO2.

[Edited in response to icepik's post]

Thanks for the heads up! I would go with the MSI board, but saving the money to spend on something else would also be nice (I'm planning out my new system)... I'll think it over, but if the EPOX board is good then I will probably go with that.

If you're in Europe and you want a socket 939 microATX board with AGP (for an Aspire X-QPACK, Antec Aria, or some other SFF-like case), there's exactly one I know of: the ASRock 939A8X-M.

If you're in the US, though, forget it... ASRock's American distributor won't sell it here for some stupid reason (apparently they think the ULi chipset's brand name isn't strong enough here), and the cheapest shipping I've found from any European store with an English website was 40 Pounds (~$70!!!!!). Ouch.

Well, ok... technically there's another one by PC Chips... but you'd have to be absolutely *insane* to buy anything made by them unless it's a gift for someone you secretly hate ;)

MSI Neo2 has been the OCing king for a long time now.

DFI just came out with their AGP nForce 3 mobo too, but it seems it's not really any better than the MSI.

The Epox is the price/performance winner, but it won't likely hit as high HTTs as the Neo2.

I just ordered the DFI LAN PARTY Nforce 3 S939 board from Newegg. Got it yesterday. :)

This board supports AGP, all the current core S939 cores including dual core, dual channel memory, etc, and has phenomenal OC'ing potential to boot.

I got it for $124 including shipping.

Honestly, though, you really can't go wrong w/ either the MSI or DFI board.
