Just want to make sure I'm not overlooking anything as far as compatibility goes. Also is 430Watts sufficient? I'm will be running nothing out of the ordinary: AMD64 3700+, 2 hard drives, GeForce 6800 AGP, dvd burner, dvd drive, plus several peripherals (external HD, digital camera, etc.)

Looks fine to me.

430w is plenty for that setup.

There are many good choices for power supplies in the $70.00 to $100.00 range.

The only thing I would recommend is to go with a power supply that also supports the new 24 pin power connection (the True430 only supports the 20 pin) since you will probably have the power supply for several upgrades.

I have a True430 sitting on my shelf, and I have a OCZ in my system.

$84.00

This is a great power supply. It supports both 20 pin and 24 pin power connections.

Powerstreams are a better version. They have a five year warranty compared to modstream's three year warranty.

The powerstreams have more voltage on the 12v rail and have adjustable power rails via knobs on the back of the unit.

You can get the powerstream for $84.00 on my previous link.
