Good mobile gaming MATX board?

What would rate well for a MATX board that would be used for a gaming rig?

I'm looking at possibly getting one of the newer Aspire X-QPACK cubes and using it. I'm currently running on a NF7-S v2 setup, what might be comprable/(distant chance)better as an upgrade?

MATX is going to be limited as far as overclocking goes, but what would work well with some options beyond basic tweaking, though? If it came down to it ultimately, what would work best stock?

Is a 939/940 board possible? I'd suppose if you could put a budget on it, $500 might be tops. If it's anything using PCI-E x16, I'll need a new vidcard too, I realize.

I suppose I'd like to stay away from anything based solely around VIA chipsets (been burned a few too many times)

Is this a realistic goal?

Thanks

Yeah I had the MSI board for a few weeks, only reason I decided not to keep it was I didn't need the onboard Video and I wanted a few more PCI slots AKA an ATX MoBo. For a SFF it would be a VERY good board, that ATI chipset out performed the NF4's on some tests.

How would a s754 board such as the Biostar K8NHA-M do for a gaming case, at least compared to a good NF2 system?

Thats not SFF... and I'd still go with the MSI.
