Good Mini-ITX case for HTPC?

I'm looking to build an HTPC around the Zotac Mini-ITX Geforce 9300 mobo: http://techreport.com/articles.x/16642

I looked through most of the cases on Newegg and every one of them has some complaints. I'm going to be using the onboard video and a 2.5" HD so the case can be pretty small but I do want to use a full size optical drive and not a slim one. As long as it's not too cramped to cause overheating then I'll be fine with it.

Any recommendations?

Since mini ITX has roots in industrial/embedded systems, many of the mini ITX cases are noisy (from using little fans) and have crappy ventilation.

Looks like the Lian Li mini ITX case might suit your needs, if you don't mind a tower style.

The Lian Li one seems a bit too big. It seems that everything out there will either not fit a full optical drive or fits one but also gets way too large.
