Good micro-atx motherboard?

Anyone have any suggestions on a good micro-atx motherboard. I saw the Asus CUSL2-M and I know it is a great mb but what a rip-off, they want $170 for it. I would like a sub $100 motherboard. Integrated video and sound too. Any recommendation would be appreciated

are you talking about for p3s. you want an i815 or a via 133a . are you overclocking? if you aren't o/c there should be a lot of uATX via133A boards but those dont have integrated video, not too many i815s either, but a lot of pm133 boards are supposed to come out soon. And no matter what people say the via133a is just as good as the i815, benchmarks even show it.

Sorry for the lack of details. I am not looking for performance or overclocking. Stability and price is mainly what I am looking for.

i *personally* would buy the ASUS CUSL2-M. i only like intel chipsets, and the asus board is the most solid on the latest i815E chipset.
